Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, implementing changes as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within project teams, driving continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 25 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on large-scale developments. Must have a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
