Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for residential projects, establishing a clear vision and design language that embodies the Qiddiya brand.
• Oversee and manage all phases of design development, from conceptualization to detailed design and execution.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure alignment on project objectives and vision.
• Review and provide guidance on design proposals, ensuring they meet quality standards, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct design presentations and reviews with internal teams and external partners to gather feedback and ensure design excellence.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into all residential projects, promoting environmental responsibility.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to facilitate successful project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in residential design, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Large scale Residential Development Design experience is essential
• Middle East experience is highly advantageous
• Proven expertise in leading large-scale residential projects from conceptual design through to completion.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and successful residential design projects.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for conveying design vision effectively.
• In-depth understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Experience in the Middle East market is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
