Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contract performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate commercial risks and optimize contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the effective management of commercial relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular reviews of contract performance and provide reports to senior management.
• Coordinate claims and variations, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract and commercial management, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC, and other relevant contractual frameworks.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing commercial relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
