Our client is a Tier-1 Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company headquartered in Saudi Arabia, they operate across five strategic sectors: Aviation, Military, Infrastructure, Public Transportation and Entertainment.
Reporting to: Senior Contracts Manager – Civils
Summary:
· Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration for our construction projects.
· Ensuring compliance with contract terms, managing contract documentation, and coordinating with our project teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or a closely related field.
· Master's degree or professional certification in Contract Management would be an advantage.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration within the civils construction industry.
· Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Fluency in Arabic (written and verbal) would be an advantage.
· Based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama would be an advantage
Role & Responsibility
· Contract Management: Manage construction contracts, prepare project correspondence, and change orders.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract-related documents, including correspondence, amendments, and compliance reports.
· Coordination: Work closely with project managers, contract managers and clients to resolve any contract-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to contracts and propose mitigation strategies.
· Reporting: Generate regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics.
· Negotiation: Assist in commercial negotiations with clients and other third parties.
· Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
