Responsibilities:

Provide strategic cybersecurity guidance and advisory services to senior management and key stakeholders
-
Lead comprehensive security assessments and risk evaluations across enterprise environments
-
Develop and oversee implementation of cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, and improvement programs
-
Guide organizations in establishing robust security governance frameworks and compliance programs
-
Conduct threat modeling and risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
-
Advise on security architecture design and control implementation across cloud and on-premises environments
-
Lead security incident response planning and crisis management initiatives
-
Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions aligned with business objectives
-
Develop security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry frameworks
-
Present security findings and recommendations to executive leadership and boards
-
Mentor junior team members and provide subject matter expertise on complex security challenges
-
Oversee security awareness programs and facilitate security training initiatives
-
Guide digital transformation initiatives with security-by-design principles
-
Provide guidance on regulatory compliance requirements and audit preparations

Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant focus on advisory and consulting roles
-
Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK) and industry standards
-
Extensive experience in risk management, threat modeling, and security architecture
-
Strong knowledge of security controls, technologies, and best practices across various domains
-
Experience in security governance, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks
-
Proven track record of advising senior management and leading security transformation programs
-
Advanced understanding of cloud security principles and emerging technologies
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in executive-level interactions
-
Experience in developing security strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
-
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or relevant advanced security certifications
-
Strong understanding of industry-specific security requirements and compliance standards
-
Experience in leading security assessments and developing remediation strategies
-
Advanced degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or related field preferred

Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to influence cross-functional teams
