As a Data Scientist Specialist at Fly Akeed, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets to derive actionable insights that inform our business strategies. You will work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions that enhance our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
- Build and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data science methodologies.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a data science role with a strong focus on predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation in relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to relay complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
