As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading technology-driven projects from initiation to completion. You'll be responsible for managing project scope, timeline, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while aligning with Fly Akeed's business objectives. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and technical acumen to navigate the complexities of the technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize technology projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to project standards and quality.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for multiple projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates on project status and performance to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including requirements, reports, and lessons learned.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in future projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business or any related field.
- Must hold PMP certification with proven experience in managing complex projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or software development projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
