Digital Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation- Research and identify new leads within the crowd lending industry.
- Utilize online platforms, social media, and digital tools to build and maintain a strong lead pipeline

Lead Qualification:
- Assess potential leads to ensure alignment with Lendo’s financial solutions and services.
- Engage with prospects to understand their financing needs and evaluate their fit with our offerings.

Cold Calling and Outreach:
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients, clearly communicating Lendo’s value proposition.
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and networking efforts.

CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using Hub Spot CRM.
- Regularly track and update the sales pipeline to reflect the status of each lead and opportunity.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, sales metrics, and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving sales strategies.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with broader campaigns.
- Share insights and feedback with the sales team to optimize overall conversion rates and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in digital sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Hub Spot CRM or equivalent CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in the fintech or crowd lending space is a plus.
