Executive Assistant

We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant at our MSC Saudi Arabia - Ad Dammam facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain the CEO Calendar and arrange appointments as necessary.
Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
Type reports and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources.
Draft routine correspondence for approval and signature by the Chief Executive Officer.
Receive visitors to the office.
Receive CEO Post.
Maintain CEO office filing system and records.
Attend and minute all meetings and arrange for the distribution of the minutes.
Make all travel/accommodation arrangements for the Chief Executive Officer.
Operate standard office equipment such as word processor, photocopier etc.
Undertake projects and research, which might require contact with external agencies, as required by the Chief Executive Officer.
Oversee the maintenance of secretarial standards throughout the company and contribute to the training of other secretaries.
Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree is preferable.
Minimum Experience
A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a secretarial role/industry is preferred
