Export Sales Officer
We are searching for an experienced Export Sales Officer at our MSC Saudi Arabia - Jeddah facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Introduce MSC services to prospect customers.
Create quotation via Sales Link/ Prepare tenders.
Maintain KPIs for quotations and sales Log.
Manage Customers Key Accounts (respond to every necessary information on accurate time).
Obtain approvals from GVA.
Create and Manage Rate agreements.
Follow up with Export Documentation and Medlog teams to make sure procedure goes smoothly on time.
Prepare the SOA of WEC line and bill back to WEC line all the incurred charges based on the agreed tariff
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in bussiness or marketing, or any related
Worked in sales field (minimum 2-3 years)
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written English – Bilingual (Arabic/English)
Organized and able to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail
Effective communication with customer.
Flexible, Able to function individually and in team work.
Time management.
