Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their manpower needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms of business with new clients and close sales agreements.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report on business development activities to top management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the manpower or staffing industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of manpower services, recruitment processes, and workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Jubail: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
