General Ledger Officer

At Lendo, we are a fast-growing Fin Tech company revolutionizing the financial landscape in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a talented General Ledger (G/L) Officer to support our accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records. This role is essential for ensuring that all GL entries, financial transactions, and incomes are correctly recorded, safeguarding the integrity of our financial data, and supporting informed decision-making as we continue to scale.

- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Journal Entries: Prepare, review, and post journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and validation against the attachment and compliance with accounting policies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and variance analysis.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor statements, and other financial accounts.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and implementing best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as accounts payable and receivable, to ensure seamless financial operations.
- A Minimum of 1/2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- The rule is remote candidate should have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate should be self-motivated & self-manage to work from remote site with minimum supervision.
