As we continue to scale, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help define Lendo’s visual identity across all channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain brand visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Define and execute the brand style guidelines for internal and external use.
- Design engaging social media visuals that reflect brand tone and personality.
- Create product marketing education materials to educate businesses and investors.
- Design compelling digital ads creatives for performance campaigns.
- Develop landing pages for product launches and marketing campaigns, with a focus on conversion.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-impact marketing assets.
- Support video and multimedia needs; motion graphics experience is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in fintech, product marketing, or Saa S.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
- Experience in landing page design using Figma or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of digital ads and creative best practices.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Motion graphics experience is a plus (After Effects or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
