Senior Associate
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Local Content & In-Country Value (ICV) Specialist with an audit background to support our initiatives in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and local content development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local content regulations, conducting audits, and providing strategic insights to maximize ICV contributions. This role involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to implement ICV programs that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. (A Master’s degree or relevant certification such as CPA, CIA, or ACCA is a plus).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in audit, accounting, or finance, with a strong focus on local content, ICV, or similar regulatory compliance in KSA.
• Deep understanding of the In-Country Value framework, NIDC regulations, and Saudi Vision 2030 goals related to local content development.
• Experience with Sage accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large sets of data related to ICV performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

• Strong knowledge of local content and ICV requirements in KSA.
• Proficiency in auditing and risk assessment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
• High attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
