Sealy Mattress Middle East, a leader in the mattress manufacturing industry since 1990, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our dynamic team. Located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to producing high-quality bedding products tailored for the Arab market. The Plant Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring optimal production efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to optimize resource utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
• Manage budgeting and cost control efforts related to plant operations.
• Collaborate with other departments, including R&D and sales, to support product development and market requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in plant management or manufacturing leadership, preferably within the mattress or furniture industry.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving production targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
