Sealy, a well-known figure in the mattress manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our logistics and inventory operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse management, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead a team of warehouse associates to uphold our commitment to quality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate logistics and warehouse activities to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
• Manage inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain effective logistics systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and warehousing.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Address and resolve any logistical issues or challenges in a timely manner.

Requirements
Education:

• • Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain management/ Logistics / Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
  • English Language is a must

Experience:

• • At least 5 years of experience in logistics and warehousing within a well-reputed organization.
  • Proven track record of managing logistics and warehouse operations and leading a team effectively.

Skills and Competencies

• • Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in warehouse management
  • Capable of negotiating with shipping companies and transporters
  • Strong Knowledge of documentation – Shipping Docs (Local + International)
  • Good understanding of Shipping terms (Incoterms)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
