Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, promoting a culture of safety and collaboration.
• Monitor production processes, adjusting schedules and workflows as necessary to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and facilities to maintain operational integrity.
• Analyze production metrics and Implement improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• 25 to 35 years of age
