Position Overview:
We are inviting applications from passionate and dedicated female educators to join our team as Elementary Teachers for Grades 1 to 3. This role involves teaching English, Math, and Science, providing a holistic education to our young learners and laying a strong foundation for their future academic endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in English, Math, and Science.
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
Communicate necessary information regularly to students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and student needs.
Participate in department, school, and parent meetings.
Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws, district policies, and school regulations.
Prepare required reports on students and activities.
Engage in ongoing professional development to improve teaching skills and subject knowledge.
Create a vibrant teaching atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on English, Math, or Science.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the elementary level.
Strong knowledge of elementary teaching practices and an understanding of child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Female applicants only, due to cultural and legal requirements in the region.
