Position Overview:
We are inviting applications from passionate and dedicated female educators to join our team as Elementary Teachers for Grades 1 to 3. This role involves teaching English, Math, and Science, providing a holistic education to our young learners and laying a strong foundation for their future academic endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in English, Math, and Science.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
- Communicate necessary information regularly to students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and student needs.
- Participate in department, school, and parent meetings.
- Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws, district policies, and school regulations.
- Prepare required reports on students and activities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to improve teaching skills and subject knowledge.
- Create a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on English, Math, or Science.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the elementary level.
- Strong knowledge of elementary teaching practices and an understanding of child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Female applicants only, due to cultural and legal requirements in the region.
- A competitive salary package ranging from 10K to 13K SAR, based on qualifications and experience.
