Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning: Develop customized meal plans based on the family’s preferences, dietary restrictions, and nutritional needs.
  • Ingredient Sourcing: Source and select the highest quality ingredients, ensuring freshness and adherence to health standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe and sanitary cooking environment.
  • Special Events: Prepare meals for special occasions and events, including formal dinners and family gatherings.
  • Dietary Compliance: Accommodate any special dietary requirements, allergies, or preferences of the family members.
  • Budget Management: Manage the kitchen budget, including purchasing ingredients and supplies while maintaining cost e Iiciency.
