Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our team in the Industrial Construction sector. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the procurement activities, ensuring that all materials and services required for construction projects are acquired in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
Location: Saudi Arabia - Tabuk

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our team in the Industrial Construction sector. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the procurement activities, ensuring that all materials and services required for construction projects are acquired in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management: Lead the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met. Evaluate vendor performance regularly.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and conditions for the company.
- Cost Control: Monitor procurement budgets, track spending, and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies are implemented.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to prevent material shortages or overstock situations. Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper material storage.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of procurement staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, including cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on the Industrial Construction sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Previous experience in large-scale industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s procurement laws and regulations.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Competitive salary package ranges between 7K to 10K SR.
