Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and requirements
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring timely and quality delivery of goods and services
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team
• Implement procurement best practices and leverage technology to streamline processes
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably within the real estate or construction industry
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement strategies, sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in procurement software and tools
