Responsibilities

• Support the Delivery Design Director with a focus on structural elements of the tennis centre project to ensure project time, cost and quality objectives are achieved.
• Leads the structural design process in coordination with external consultants and D&B Contractor from concept through to construction.
• Expertly manages and prioritizes the workload of the team, deadline driven.
• Analyzes structural systems, local market capability, buildability, safety in design to ensure design is optimized.
• Assist Cost Consultants assess the cost of design changes and track accordingly ensuring proper change management.
• Leads design progress reporting and analytics, highlighting risks and mitigations strategies
• Maximize collaborative working relationships within the D&B team.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture or Construction Management, Project Management or relevant field of study
• 10-15 years’ min relevant experience in Engineering design within developers, contractors, consultants.
• Experience in delivery to program, balancing competing requirements on project to deliver design outcome (e.g. cost v. time v. quality).
• Previous KSA/Middle East experience preferred. Major program experience and D&B experience essential.
