We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with a strong logistics background to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related tasks and ensuring smooth operations in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in supporting our logistics operations and maintaining efficient relationships with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all government relations processes, including visa applications, work permits, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations impacting logistics and transportation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant government bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Facilitate the documentation and approval processes required for logistics operations.
• Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to ensure timely processing of legal documents for personnel and shipments.
• Address any governmental concerns that may impact our logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PRO, with a background in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian government procedures related to logistics and workforce requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the latest updates in regulatory and legal requirements for logistics.
