Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a skilled individual with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing delivery riders, particularly in Riyadh, with a proven track record of overseeing large teams of at least 100 riders. The Logistics Operation Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services in Riyadh, focusing on optimizing efficiency, maintaining service quality, and fostering a culture of collaboration and success among our riders. Experience in customer support and the ability or experience to manage blue-collar workers will be highly beneficial to ensure exceptional service quality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of delivery riders, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management processes.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to help riders meet or exceed monthly delivery targets, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.
- Monitor and analyze rider shifts and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement operational enhancements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards, fostering a culture of responsibility and adherence to guidelines among the team.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to riders, addressing any challenges or concerns promptly to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and IT, to streamline delivery processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize route planning, minimize delivery times, and enhance overall efficiency of delivery operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to riders to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professionalism among the rider team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or complaints promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, specifically managing delivery riders.
- Proven track record of managing large teams of at least 100 riders, preferably within the Riyadh area.
- Deep understanding of the delivery industry in Saudi Arabia, including local regulations, market dynamics, and geographical knowledge of Riyadh.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and delivery management software, with the ability to leverage technology to drive operational efficiencies.
- Experience in customer support and the ability or experience to manage blue-collar workers is highly beneficial to ensure high service quality.
- Fluent in Arabic, English, and Urdu, both written and verbal.
