Your Job :Koch Engineered Solutions KES is looking for a Quality Control Inspector (QCI) to join the quality team with our KES Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role, candidate will be responsible for dimensional and visual Inspection, Assembly Part Inspection, Welding Inspection, Raising NCRs for in-house and suppliers' products, NDT activities, Calibration and Control of Gages.
Responsibilities :

• Calibration and control of gauges after, before & during pressure tests•Carry out MPI, PT and UT as per the requirements shown in ITP•Welding inspection During, After & Before welding
• Maintain clean and orderly work area•Dimensional and visual Inspection
• Reading drawing•Inspection of NCR parts for assembly and suggest rework
• Verification of materials identity before starting any activities•Monitor welders training
• Review all welding documents including welder certificates, WPSs & PQRs
• Carry out in-process audits in shop floor•Work with planner & Material Specialist to release materials received to shop
• Assist Quality Manager for Internal, External & Third-party Audits
• Any job-related task assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

• Degree in Related field
• Experience in quality control inspection
• CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level II (PT, MT, RT, UT, VT), or equivalent
• Certified Internal Auditor
• English Fluency
• Have an excellent Welding Processes Background (FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, SAW & TIG).

Experience:

• Experience in ASME codes
• Experience in Saudi Aramco Specifications
• Microsoft office skills
• Communication skills
• Must be a team player who is willing to cooperate and consider inputs
• Ability to work in a cross functional organization

What will put you ahead:

• Good working knowledge of manufacturing of heat exchangers, flares, skids, and pilotswith international customers
• 5 years experience in Quality
