Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets specific to FF&E components.
• Analyze and evaluate proposals for FF&E supplies and services.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure FF&E selections meet project specifications and budget constraints.
• Monitor FF&E procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Track project costs related to FF&E and provide regular financial reports to project managers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in FF&E project execution.
• Conduct site visits to oversee FF&E installations and address any cost-related issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on FF&E.
• In-depth knowledge of FF&E procurement processes and cost management.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Auto CAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market and an understanding of local regulations is preferred.
