Position: Receptionist

About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring that all reception tasks are handled efficiently and all patient concerns are addressed proactively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Answer and manage incoming calls professionally.
• Schedule appointments for new and returning patients based on the availability of doctors and nurses.
• Confirm appointments via phone calls and messages.
• Send reminder and confirmation messages and emails.
• Register patients upon arrival and gather any necessary information.
• Process patient discharge by collecting payments and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Scan and attach patient documents to their records.
• Stay informed about clinic services to effectively communicate with patients.
• Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
• Acknowledge and resolve patient complaints, escalating to Admin when necessary.
• Respond to patient inquiries via Whats App and Instagram.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all information related to doctors, staff, and patients.
• Protect patients' rights by ensuring the confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
