Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage visitor check-in and ensure they are directed to the appropriate staff or meeting rooms.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails. Handle inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Booking Coordination: Arrange and manage flight and hotel bookings for staff and visitors as needed. Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and in line with company policies.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including maintaining the reception area, managing office supplies, and performing basic clerical tasks as required.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and other events.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or courses are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Personal Traits: Professional demeanor, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
