Sales Specialist -EPC & Infrastructure KSA Experience

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-lasting relationships with clients. Your role will involve actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1.Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities
  • Proactively research and identify potential clients and markets related to EPC Companies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events.
2.Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions that add value.
3.Sales Strategy and Planning
  • Develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Plan and execute strategies to enhance market presence and capture new business.
4.Conduct Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to effectively address client needs and differentiate from competitors.
5.Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure all sales agreements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
6.Market and Competitor Analysis
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure offerings align with market demands.
7.Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasted sales.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on progress toward sales targets.
8.Collaborate with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive attitude and a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
