What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of beauty advisors across retail & Duty Paid customers (Airports).
Responsible to coach, support, maximize output and ensure discipline of the beauty advisors.
Achieve monthly sellout And Market share Targets
Build strong business relationship with Store managers and Staff
Full responsibility on Store fundamentals (Visibility, availability/ordering, aging stocks, inventory rotation, etc…)
Competitive reporting and ability to identify and communicate the required plans needed to deliver the Targets.
Ability to conduct Business reviews/Analysis.

What you’ll need to succeed

Good communication skills (English & Arabic) with growth mindset.
Good analytical skills and use of data in the day-to-day operation.
