Position Objective:
The Project Material Management Expert is responsible for managing the project's material lifecycle, this includes overseeing PR/PO management, ensuring timely material delivery, generating material reports, conducting demand analysis, handling Material issuance and returned materials, and responding to internal and external stakeholders' queries.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
PR/PO Management: Manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) related to materials for the Automated Traffic Violation Management project, ensuring timely issuance and approval.
Material Delivery Follow-ups: Track and follow up on material deliveries to ensure they align with project timelines and resolve any delays or issues with vendors.
Manage Team: Oversee and ensure the team performs required tasks efficiently while monitoring and aligning their performance with project goals.
Material Processes: Develop, review, and update material processes to ensure comprehensive coverage of the end-to-end lifecycle of the project.
Material Reports & Demand Analysis: Develop and maintain regular material reports, including demand analysis to forecast future material needs and ensure sufficient stock levels.
Returned Material Handling: Oversee the handling and processing of returned materials, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions are completed.
Issuing Material via Project Management System: Coordinate the issuance of materials using the designated project management system, ensuring that all processes are tracked and recorded.
Coordination with Procurement & Warehouse Teams: Work closely with procurement and warehouse (WH) teams to record transactions in SAP, ensuring that all materials are properly logged, received, and dispatched.
Record Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile material records with project reports and SAP entries to maintain data integrity and avoid discrepancies.
Material Transaction Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all material transactions, including receiving, issuance, and return of materials.
Collaboration with Project Stakeholders: Liaise with project management, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and address any material availability or quality issues.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in material management, with at least 3 years of experience in infrastructure or technology-related projects (e.g., Automated Traffic Management).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software, and databases.
Strong knowledge of PR/PO management and coordination with procurement and warehouse teams.
Experience with project management systems and issuing materials through software platforms.
Power BI working knowledge prior experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills to handle cross-functional coordination, Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Analytical skills for demand forecasting and material reporting.
Ability to lead and inspire a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
