Position Objectives:
The Budget Controller will be responsible for budget monitoring, allocating scope of works and monitoring financial progress of the program.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Monitor and Control Project Budget.
Create necessary scope of works.
Highlighting financial failures and risks.
The ability to manage more than a budget at the same time in-parallel.
Ensuring that all the acceptance documents are uploaded on the client’s database platform.
Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage on the client’s database platform.
Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
Documenting all trackers, logs and actions.
Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience – Civil or Electrical Engineer.
Solid understanding of Telecommunications Industry standards
Capable of sorting out massive data records and analyze it.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective coordination abilities.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Proficient in using various MS Office applications.
Expert in using all MS Excel functions.
English Language is mandatory to know both speaking and writing.
