Position Objective: The Data Analyst role is designed to manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights for business decisions. The role requires hands-on experience in the telecom domain to support data-driven projects and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure effective data use and reliability.

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret large datasets using statistical techniques, ensuring accuracy and relevance for telecom industry applications.
Prepare and present insightful data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain data models, databases, and systems to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Conduct data validation and quality control processes to maintain accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
Extract and manipulate data using SQL, Excel, and other tools to meet analytical needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related projects, including business analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Data Warehouse.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Professional certifications like CDMP, MS Tool, and Qlik BI certification are preferable.
Telecom domain experience is required to address industry-specific data needs and challenges.
