- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis
- Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis
- Proven track record of leading successful projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience using business analysis tools and techniques
- Strong Experience in develop BRD , SRS , Use Cases
- Thorough understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PBA is highly recommended
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
- Demonstrates a high level of Arabic and English language proficiency, both written and verbal, for clear and articulate communication with stakeholders.
- Transferable Iqama for NON-Saudi
- Ready to Join within 1 month (this’s mandatory not an optional)
- Solid experience in writing SQL queries
- Native Arabic Speaker (Required)
- Resident in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia
