The project: This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia. Our values shape the way we consult, and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are: • Safety first - Going home safe and well • Client focus - Deliver on our promise • Integrity - Always do the right thing • Create opportunity for our people to excel You’ll be responsible for • Proactively building relationships with project/programme senior leadership teams, to understand their challenges and concerns related to organisational effectiveness and/or team collaboration, working with them to guide and steer the agenda. • Assessing performance and effectiveness gaps, and proactively works with project senior leaders to recommend continuous improvement plans. • Analysing the current state of projects/programmes against strategy, culture and processes, to put in place a self-sustaining programme of works. • Aligning programme of works to all relevant contractual and legal requirements related to project delivery, and to the project mission, vision and values. • Where relevant, developing, delivering and adapting bespoke initiatives that create opportunities for personal, team and project growth. • Identifying and measuring the value added from project/programme consultations and initiatives that were developed and delivered. • Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Requirements

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval. • Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). • Experience working in a PMO environment. Please note: Obtaining a visa in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is subject to a criminal record check, qualifications and may encounter age restrictions.
