Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director - Design to join our dynamic team. As a leading real estate company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qiddiya Investment Company is committed to creating world-class projects that shape the future of entertainment, sports and the arts. The Director - Design will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our vision by leading and managing the design team throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team to develop and execute the creative vision for Qiddiya's real estate projects
• Oversee the design process from concept development to project completion, ensuring that all design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of design strategies and goals with overall project objectives
• Manage a team of designers, architects, and consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the design process, incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends
• Act as a key liaison between Qiddiya's internal design team and external partners, vendors, and contractors
• Monitor and manage the design budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and cost-effective solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field.

• Proven track record of at least a minimum 14-18 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of professionals
• Extensive knowledge of design principles, construction methods, and relevant codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex design concepts to stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Auto CAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
