Senior Director Sales (Residential) (RES411)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Senior Director Sales (Residential) to lead our residential sales initiatives. In this critical role, you will be pivotal in driving sales performance and maximizing revenue for our residential offerings, while aligning with Qiddiya’s vision of creating an extraordinary lifestyle destination in Saudi Arabia.
Your expertise in residential real estate will be essential in developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with potential buyers, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will work collaboratively with marketing, design, and development teams to create compelling value propositions that resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that achieve short-term and long-term sales goals for residential properties.
  • Lead and manage the residential sales team, providing coaching, support, and performance management to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and key industry partners to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that effectively promote residential offerings.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budget management, and reporting to ensure informed business decisions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Represent Qiddiya at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • A minimum of 14-18 years of experience in residential sales within the real estate sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the residential real estate market, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies and drive business results.
  • Visionary mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
