Qiddiya Investment Company is on a transformative journey to create a premier entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Senior Finance Executive Director (Residential). In this critical role, you will drive the financial management and strategic oversight of our residential projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and goals.
As the Senior Finance Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of residential development initiatives. You will lead financial planning, investment analysis, and performance reporting, working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize value and ensure the successful execution of our residential portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations related to residential projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the successful delivery of residential developments.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess project feasibility and long-term profitability.
• Collaborate with investment and project management teams to evaluate new opportunities and optimize existing investments.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations while mitigating financial risks.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
• Mentor and develop finance team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• A minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience in finance or investment management within the residential development sector
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, investment analysis, and real estate finance
• Proven experience in managing large-scale residential projects and leading finance teams
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders
