Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Supporting HR functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation, and fostering a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and skilled in all HR aspects, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Supporting HR functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation, and fostering a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and skilled in all HR aspects, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-charged of recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including the calculation of salaries, allowances, deductions, and bonuses, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Address payroll-related queries, maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with Saudi payroll laws and regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees, resolving issues, handling grievances, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Assist in application of visas and iqamas for staff.
- Develop and enforce HR policies that are compliant with Saudi labor laws, while ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Manage all HR-related documentation and processes, including contracts, employee records, and payroll coordination.
- Generate regular HR reports and metrics for management to support strategic decision-making.
Contract length: 12 months
