You’ll be responsible for:

• Ensures information is managed in accordance with Mace procedures and the procedures for the system in use.
  
• Supports the build out and onward delivery of a suite of MI and insights & reporting.
  
• Assuring the ongoing integrity and continued evolution and accuracy of company datasets.
  
• Supports the registration of new arrivals onto government and other regulatory systems of use through the timely and accurate provision of employee data & documents.
  
• Ensures the systematic management of employee documentation, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and naming conventions.
  
• Creates, manages and updates distribution groups to ensure information flows to the correct organisations.
  
• Supports the drafting, issuance and signature of employment contracts.
  
• Supports the onboarding of Mace staff and external parties into the organization, including:
  
• Medical Insurance Registration
  
• Timecard Registration
  
• Bank details management & communication.
  
• Oracle & email registration.
  
• Day to day management of
  
• Probation tracking & reporting.
  
• Supports organization and logistics of new employee inductions.
  
• Administers user access and permissions for company systems.
  
• Role has a region wide scope and impact.
  

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  
• Relevant experience in an administration role.
  
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
