Senior Lawyer - Riyadh - Law Firm We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to join our prestigious law firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and representing our clients in a wide range of legal matters. Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal issues. - Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters. - Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy. - Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements. - Manage and oversee junior legal staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. - Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's legal practice.

Requirements

• Formally admitted in Saudi Arabia - Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school. - Admission to the Saudi Bar Association and in good standing. - Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation and/or corporate law. - Proven track record of successful case management and client representation. - Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities. - Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
