Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for all design projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and objectives of Qiddiya.
• Oversee and manage the design process from concept to execution, including architectural, landscape, and interior design.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including architecture, engineering, and project management, to integrate design solutions that enhance user experience.
• Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to internal teams and external partners, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay informed on design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to continually elevate the design quality and innovation.
• Engage with stakeholders and clients to present design concepts and secure buy-in.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and environmental considerations in design proposals.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven track record of at least a minimum 9-12 years of relevant experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and successful design projects
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing design teams
• Expertise in design software and tools (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and their application in design
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
