Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Development to lead our ambitious real estate projects. Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement project plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to inform development decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and investors.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Regularly report progress and challenges to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in real estate development.

• Strong understanding of development processes, project management, and relevant regulations.
