Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies for new projects, providing comprehensive financial assessments to evaluate potential risks and returns.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost estimation, and profitability assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop robust financial models that inform strategic investment decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports and feasibility studies to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and assess market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions to shape financial strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior financial analysts in conducting analyses and compiling reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices in all analyses conducted.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven track record of at least a minimum 9-12 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Proficient in financial modeling and feasibility analysis techniques
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts clearly to various stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel is essential
