Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the gross lettable area within Qiddiya's real estate projects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for maximizing GLA utilization.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and design teams to ensure that space planning aligns with commercial objectives.
• Monitor and report on GLA performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-effectiveness.
• Engage with tenants and stakeholders to ensure leasing strategies align with market conditions and tenant needs.
• Prepare and present regular reports on GLA projections, occupancy rates, and financial performance to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to commercial space utilization and property management.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals focused on maximizing the profitability of commercial spaces.
• Review, update, and maintain district drawings, implementing changes as needed.
• Assist in maintaining CAD, 3D, and graphics systems, ensuring they are up-to-date to enhance technical efficiency.
• Adhere to the organization’s Code of Conduct and departmental policies, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Promote the organization’s values in daily activities and interactions, encouraging alignment across the business.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Architecture / Interior Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• A minimum of 9-12 years of relative experience in Retail, F&B, L&E design experience, leasing, or a related area.
• Strong background in managing gross lettable area and optimizing commercial space utilization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans that drive profitability.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with real estate financial modeling and property management software.
