Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of food and beverage projects aligned with Qiddiya's strategic vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear project objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
• Oversee the selection and management of vendors and contractors related to F&B projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and quality assurance policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, guest preferences, and competitive offerings in the F&B sector.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure support and alignment on F&B initiatives.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
• Support the development of F&B product offerings that align with Qiddiya's brand identity and guest experience goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in the development and execution of F&B projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 9-12 years of Relative experience in project management within the food and beverage sector (Middle East / GCC).
• Proven track record in successfully delivering F&B projects from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
