Senior Product Manager

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of strategic products.

Strategic Leadership
- Develop, define, and lead long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.

Collaborate with leadership to establish OKRs and ensure alignment with the organization’s vision.

Product Roadmap and Execution
- Drive the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including ideation, development, release, and iteration.
- Assess business needs and create actionable product roadmaps and detailed requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

Customer-Centric Innovation
- Identify customer needs through market research, feedback loops, and user data analysis.
- Develop hypotheses, create prototypes, and validate concepts through A/B testing and analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to prioritize initiatives.
- Partner with marketing to design effective go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate internal and external product launches and provide relevant documentation and training.

Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor product performance, collect insights through dashboards, and generate actionable reports.
- Utilize data analytics tools (Tableau) to inform product decisions and optimizations.

Mentorship and Team Building
- Mentor junior product managers and Interns fostering a collaborative environment.
- Provide leadership in solving complex product challenges, guiding the team through uncertainty.

Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in a technical, business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 7-12 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technology or fintech products.

Technical Expertise
- Strong experience with data analytics, A/B testing, and tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to scale products to a large user base, with exposure to API integration.

Experience working closely with design and UX teams, with proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UX principles for web and mobile platforms.

Leadership and Collaboration
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders (engineering, marketing, operations, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and foster a positive, high-performance culture.

Skills and Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
