JASARA PMC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Control Manager to lead our project control efforts. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the planning, monitoring, and reporting of complex infrastructure projects that contribute to the vision of a transformed Saudi Arabia. Your leadership will be critical in optimizing project performance, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with JASARA's strategic goals.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish best practices in project controls, ensuring effective tracking of project schedules, budgets, and overall performance metrics. Responsibilities

• Lead the project control function across multiple high-profile infrastructure projects
• Develop and implement advanced project control methodologies and processes
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules, ensuring adherence to project plans
• Monitor project performance and provide detailed reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and develop effective risk management strategies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project controls team
• Mentor and guide project control staff, enhancing their skills and performance
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in project control for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or equivalent
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at different levels
• Demonstrable ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
