Responsibilities

• The Project Director in the Delivery Department for theme park, is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of large-scale theme park project from concept (late stage) to completion. This role requires coordination across multiple departments, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality themed entertainment spaces that meet stakeholder expectations. The Project Director is the primary point of contact for all delivery-related activities, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure the park opens on time and within scope expectation and quality markers.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Lead the delivery of theme park construction projects, ensuring they meet all technical, operational, and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, aligning deliverables with key milestones.
• Oversee multiple construction teams, managing subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other relevant professionals.
• Ensure that all project phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Work with procurement teams to optimize resources, negotiate contracts, and manage suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within theme park construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Outstanding leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
