Our dedicated Project Management Team at RLB are responsible for seeing a project through from the initial planning stages to completion. Their main task is to break down projects into stages, taking responsibility for monitoring and managing the programme, cost, quality and risk of each stage of the project. We are a sector focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Residential, Mixed Use, Sports and Retail clients and projects. Our Project Managers work in close contact with clients, advising them on financial matters, project risks, procurement and contract matters using our experience to provide an informed opinion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the project, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion with superior quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations and requirements are met.
- Lead and coordinate the efforts of architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members for seamless project execution.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and budget updates.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee HSE plans in coordination with contractors and consultancies to ensure compliance and safety.
- Monitor procurement and delivery of long lead items, supporting planning, logistics, and installation stages.
- Advise the cost team on tenders, cost estimates, and contractor payments.
- A degree in Project Management or similar technical discipline is essential
- Architectural Background is advantageous
- Must be proficient in the use of Primavera P6 software (desirable)
- Full membership of a Professional Body (RICS/CIOB/APM) (desirable)
- Previous working experience as Senior Project Manager level for 5+ years
- Minimum of 15 years in project management within the architectural sector experience gained within a consultancy or end user client
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is essential
- Experience in constructing bespoke Villa Projects
- Experience in Luxury Fit Out
- Experience in High Level stakeholder Management
- Experience in Programme Management
- Must have construction/site-based experience in high-end, mixed-used projects, developments within hospitality and residential sectors
- Able to perform design gap analysis, identify issues and potential risks and produce value engineering options in coordination with the designers/consultants
- Experience in planning projects with deep knowledge of the physical sequence of the works
- Good communication written and verbal skills
- Ability to develop relationship with Client, Contractors and Consultants, demonstrates discretion and maintains confidentiality
